The aim of Educational Sciences Department’s foundation is to present undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various fields of educational sciences, do researches, train instructors and experts, promote for initial teacher training courses of teacher training programs in Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University and engage in community oriented educational activities.
In Educational Sciences Department, there are 3 different programs, each of which has their own academic curriculums. They are Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Administration Supervision Planning and Economics, Psychological Counseling and Guidance programs. Among these 3 programs, only in Psychological Counseling and Guidance Program undergraduate education is carried out. On the other hand, all of these programs carry out their own postgraduate programs. The Department of Educational Sciences take the coordination role between these programs.
